If you are visiting our webshop from abroad and wish to order, then there are some payment options that apply: Ideal (for The Netherlands), BanContact/MrCash (for Belgium), PayPal, Maestro, VisaCard, MasterCard or an (offline) Bank Transfer.

All online payment methods are handled by our Payment Service Provider CM Payments BV. When checking-out, a secured https connection is set up, enabling you to make the payment at their platform.

CM Payments BV is governed by the Dutch Central Bank and meets the highest PCI demands that credit card companies like VisaCard or MasterCard set for payment institutions, regarding keeping, dealing and sending of payment card data.

4. Fast Delivery

All orders are handled within 24 - 48 houres. Delivery in EU Zone 1 (see  Shipping/ Delivery countries usually takes 3 – 5 days, in EU Zone 2 countries 5 - 7 days.  

5. 14 days to return - money back guarantee

Every order has a  right of withdrawal (viewing term) of 14 days, which starts after your order has been delivered. In this period you are allowed to return the product (provided it is undamaged and unused) without stating a reason; after which you will receive the complete invoice sum back.

6. Free returns with PostNL (The Netherlands)

For our customers in The Netherlands we have set up a free-of-charge return service with PostNL. An instruction and return label will be provided with the shipment.
