The most common e-commerce payment methods for cross-border retail trade are available for you when you want to finalize an order or payment:

Should you prefer not to make an immediate online payment, you have the option of selecting IBAN Bank Transfer. To finalize your payment – not through our payment service providers, but through your bank - after placing the order (read more below).

Secured Online Payments

Our Payment Service Provider, DocData Payments BV, manages online payment methods. When you proceed to checkout, a secure HTTPS connection is established, facilitating payment through their platform. DocData Payments BV operates under the governance of the Dutch Central Bank and aligns with the strictest PCI requirements mandated by major credit card companies such as VisaCard and MasterCard. This ensures the secure handling, storage, and transmission of payment card data.

PayPal delivers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. To keep all your financial information like your bank account details and/or your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card numbers securely stored and encrypted, they use an extra layer of security. This means you don’t need to share your financial information with us or anyone else and you can shop simply and securely, wherever you want, whenever you want.

Please note that PayPal may charge you for currency conversion if the Euro is not your country of residence’s official currency. You will not be charged with transaction costs, however, as these costs are ours.

A special service that may be interesting to all customers from abroad is PayPal’s Buyer Protection. If you have any concerns that the item or items you ordered will not arrive, you will be pleased to know that PayPal will reimburse you for the full amount if this happens. We accept credit card payments with Mastercard. Please be advised that credit card payments require a 3D fraud check. This means that your credit card number, validation date, as well as your 3-number security code, will be asked for.  

Once your payment has passed successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

iDEAL allows you to make online purchases securely and simply in the familiar online banking environment of your bank. If you already use online banking, you can start using iDEAL right away.

The transaction is completed swiftly and simply in the online banking environment of your bank – paying the way you are already familiar with.

In Belgium, most card payments are processed through Bancontact/Mister Cash. We are happy to be able to offer this familiar payment option to Belgian customers.

Both the authorization and the clearing phase of paying with Bancontact/Mister Cash take place in real-time. Our Payment Service Provider DocData Payments holds a real time secured online data traffic connection to exchange data with the Bancontact/ Mister Cash organization. If the amount your account holds is sufficient to proceed, the order amount will be debited automatically. If not, the payment transaction process will be stopped and the order cancelled.

SOFORT was set up originally and the SOFORT Überweisung has become a household name. SOFORT Banking was chosen to be a more appropriate name for their service as they expanded their business across Europe. SOFORT is rapidly spreading across Europe and is becoming one of the leading payment providers for safe and secure online banking.

Besides Germany, customers from Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom can make use of it for their payment needs. Like Maestro, this payment method needs to be facilitated by your national banking organization, which you can check on their website. If it is, you as a customer don’t need to register and are offered the familiar banking environment of your bank. Payments are real-time with instant debit from your account; you’ll receive an instant notification when your payment has been processed successfully.

We offer Giropay for customers who are acquainted with this payment method. With over 17 million customers and covering approximately 75% of the market, it is the most commonly used card in Germany.

Giropay offers safe and secure banking in the familiar banking environment of your bank; whether this is the Cronbank, CVW Privatbank, MLP, Postbank, PSD Bank, Readybank, Sparkasse or Volksbanken Raiffeisenbank. Without the need for registration, payments are made in real-time with instant debit from your account; you’ll receive an instant notification when your payment has been processed successfully.

Maestro is a debit facility which is embedded in your bank account. Maestro allows you to pay with the highest level of convenience and security and is backed by MasterCard International.

If your bank card/debit card displays the red and blue Maestro logo, you are probably able to have PIN-based, direct cash access from your bank account. Maestro is managed by your bank as part of your account package, so if you have any queries or need of assistance regarding your Maestro transactions, you should raise them with your bank.

If you do not wish to pay through one of our payment service providers, we also offer an IBAN wire transfer payment option. This option is one of the payment methods at the Checkout.

When choosing to finalize your order by an IBAN payment, you place the order through our website, without the necessity to pay instantly.

After placing the order, you’ll receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail. In this email where it states ‘Payment method,’ you’ll find our bank detail information.

We will keep ordered items ready for dispatch for a maximum of 5 working days and will only ship after the invoice amount is credited to our account. Payments received too late will be credited immediately when stock has run out.
