These redesigned Patagonia’s Men’s Quandary Pants are built for comfort and unconstrained movement: lightweight, stretchy all-day comfort hiking pants / capri for hot-weather versatility.
They are made of stretch-woven 96% NetPlus® postconsumer recycled nylon made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution/ 4% elastane plain weave which is strong, stretchy and abrasive resistant.
The fabric has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without perfluorinated chemicals for water-/ dirt repellent qualities and was tightly woven to keep harmful sun UV rays protection (40+UPF) for versatile coverage on the trail.
These pants are easy to convert to capri; they come with a loop + button closure to fixate the rolled-up cuffs.

The updated Quandary collection (shorts, pants, convertible pants) are now PFC/PFAS-free made of 96% NetPlus® postconsumer recycled Nylon/ 4% elastane plain weave. The Nylon yarn is made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution.
