Order Acceptance:

Customers from select EU member countries can place orders on our website in compliance with EU Regulation 2018/302.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your country/region and handled by reputable courier services—DPD, DHL-Deutsche Post, or PostNL/TNT. Rates are listed in our International Shipping section.

VAT Rates:

Our product prices include the Dutch standard 21% VAT. However, from July 1, 2021, following the EU-Council VAT E-commerce Directives 2017/2455 & 2019/1995, customers from EU member states will be charged the standard VAT rate of their respective country at checkout. UK customers purchasing under 135 GBP will be charged a 20% VAT.

Payments by Outdoorbrands:

Upon receiving undamaged and unused items within 14 days, we'll refund the total invoice amount. Expect the refund within the legal 7-14 calendar days term.
